Applying to the Supreme Court for advice for executors or seeking directions on behalf of executors and beneficiaries under Trustee Act and UCPR r54.3.

Disputes involving real property including s66G applications, constructive and resulting trusts, breach of contract, rescission and termination, applications for possession, promissory estoppel and proprietary estoppel.

Matters involving disputes over powers of attorney and enduring guardianships, financial management and guardianship orders in the Supreme Court of NSW.
